An air-conditioned production and measurement environment ensures that your tool solution is developed and produced under ideal conditions. For us, precision is truly the be-all and end-all: The tolerances of the tool holder, cassette and insert are closely coordinated to one another at all times. In this production section too, we can guarantee first-class results. With us, cutting-edge 6-axis grinders with sophisticated filter technology as well as high-performance grinding oil are used as standard. What’s more, when it comes to automation we rely on Industry 4.0 tools such as robots and remote diagnostics systems. How do you benefit? We are able to produce the tightest tolerances for you with process reliability, and our tool systems offer high output and repeatability. Need to change a plate? Only in very rare cases does this require readjustment of your machine.
FINISHING
Individually finished – the difference.
This quality-critical department further extends our technological advantage. The range of services in Finishing is aligned to your needs. Experienced and trained professionals perform the finishing steps on our indexable inserts and make different types and sizes of rounding possible for you. This is an immediate advantage because the type of rounding directly influences the indexable insert’s service life. The last steps of processing are the automated washing line and laser marking, to guarantee your requirements for identification and traceability are met.
PVD COATING

As we consistently avoid using external contract coaters, we can be completely certain that our indexable inserts are never mixed up with other tools during the coating process. Quality management is executed subject to the highest standards and in accordance with the ISO norm 9001:2015. All production processes are continuously monitored using cutting-edge 3D measurement technology, and checked exclusively by trained professionals. We have several measurement stations distributed across our specialist departments for this purpose, containing specially designed machines in air-conditioned rooms. In any case, no tool solution leaves our company without a 100% final check. A complaint rate of <0.1% attests to our diligence and means you can have total confidence.
