Profiling tool
Profiles of bits and screwdriver blades – in all their extensive diversity – must be individually and precisely coordinated to suit market requirements and the machines used for production. For this reason, it is absolutely necessary – and simply a matter of course for us – to offer a huge range of solutions for the production of blades and bits, and no “off-the-shelf” tools.

Polygon tool
Impact tools from Kristen + Görmann make it possible for flat surfaces, such as the hexagon shown, to be produced using driven tools on the lathe without any need to change the machine. Different surfaces can be applied depending on the equipment and transmission ratio.

Grooving turning tool
To reduce the cycle time, our specialists develop custom solutions that are capable of bringing together several processing steps. This tool attaches a chamfer as well as the relief groove to a screw in a single work step, for example. In this process, the insert for the recess can be adjusted by means of a cassette.
Slotting tool
If dimensions for longitudinal grooves need to be complied with and this makes it impossible to use standard tools, or if other parameters necessitate a particular solution, our slotting tools can be adjusted to your individual preferences.
These tools are also used in our internal process for driver slot production on our disc cutters. Of course, we can also implement your requirements for the carriers.
