With impact milling processes, toothings can be rationally produced on corresponding machines (hobbing machines, impact turning machines and turning machines with a driven tool). We deliver our impact tooth tools with or without a cassette version depending on your preferences. In clearly defined areas of use, insert milling cutters offer a key advantage over expensive hobs, due to lower tool costs and elimination of a need for regrinding and coating – creating logistical advantages for you as a customer.

In this case only one finishing cutter is used for better variability, which means it is also possible to quickly retool for different profiles. An ideal solution for this requirement.
