Rotative synchronous processing
After toothing is added to components, deburring of the tooth flank edge is often necessary for a frictionless subsequent production process. To ensure complete avoidance of burrs as efficiently as possible, we offer insert tools that achieve reproducible deburring and chamfering by means of a rotative synchronous process.
DEBURRING TOOL FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
As an additional feature, this special deburring tool has inserts for both sides of the component. After shifting the tool and changing the direction of rotation, the second side can also be reproducibly deburred by means of a rotative synchronous process.
