Face gearing
Rotative synchronous processing
Many front-face toothings such as hirth toothing, toothing for a claw coupling, or sensor toothing can be produced using rotative synchronous machining. One of the most important elements here is limiting the number of spacing errors in the toothing. Through repeatable production of our tools, we can of course also guarantee the highest quality here.
FACE GEARING TOOL FOR E-MOBILITY
Our tools can also rotatively produce face gearing on machining centers with synchronized axes – economically and highly efficiently, of course. The use of 7 finishing cutters significantly reduces the cycle time in this form of processing. Even with very intricate workpieces, we can guarantee maximum precision with our solutions.IMPACT TOOTH MILLING TOOL FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
As this component’s flanks run oriented on the center without a contour path, the face gearing is produced via two cuts. Due to its use in modern precision transmissions, the tightest tolerances must be complied with here.
FACE GEARING TOOL FOR E-MOBILITY
To meet the challenge of achieving highly efficient production of toothing on serrated washers, we have designed and produced a synchronous rotative tool with 7 cutting edges. The special feature with these components is that they have an undercut and low tooth geometry depth.
CASSETTE MILLING TOOL FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY
In designing rotative synchronous machining for coffee-grinding discs, the solution we developed has contributed to considerably increased efficiency in the production of face gearing in a machining center.
